With their durable and reliable locking structure, check nuts (km-hm) have no-loose characteristic. Designed as right tooth and left tooth, it ensures the bolt to connect at two sides. The operating principle: as a standard, bolt with counter nut has a main nut moving rightward. After the mounted bolt is tightened, bolt designed to comply with the left tooth is mounted reverse on the central nut. As it does not get loose, it makes it easy to use on the machine with vibration or possible impacts. These two bolts clamp each other when vibration increases.

It is used on all machines having bolt fittings that may get loose due to vibration, pressure, impact and other reason. It is quite convenient due to the factors of high strength, easy use, low cost and high locking characteristic. Lifetime is almost unlimited. As it is made of stainless steel, it has widespread use in the food sector. Specified value for the tightening torque varies according to the size of the check nut. In general, standard central nut is plated and check nut is not plated.
