Operating Principle of Roller Followers

Roller followers are not placed into the shell. Its outer ring shows direction to the linear surface. Roller followers are of types such as with or without gasket, convex and cylindrical and they have contact needle to carry big load. It has different version to meet high speeds. In the version with gasket, there is flat or hexagonal screwing system to facilitate installation of the roller to the surface.

The forked versions have models with horizontal guide or horizontal without guide. Importance of the bearing is that when they meet high load coming fest, they balance it. Roller mechanism easily carries loads higher than its own diameter. Roller followers have some characteristics that some bearing versions should have. Its compliance with the bearing is important to meet load capacity.
